Julie's practice focuses in State and Federal criminal defense, professional licensing, CHINS representation, and expungements of arrests and convictions.  Treida Law, PC is located in downtown Indianapolis, but practices throughout Indiana.  Julie prides herself on staying in contact with clients and promptly returning all phone calls, emails, and text messages.

Treida Law offers reasonable hourly rates and is willing to do some cases through a flat-fee agreement.

Julie has been practicing criminal law for over 16 years and is an experienced trial attorney.  Julie practices in State and Federal courts throughout Indiana.  She is prepared to lead you through the entire criminal process - being under investigation, bond and detention hearings, discovery, plea negotiations, trial, and sentencing if necessary.  

Julie is a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel and is appointed to represent Federal Defendants throughout the Southern District of Indiana.  Julie is currently serving as the Board President of the Federal Public Defenders for the Southern District of Indiana.

Julie understands that a professional license is the most valuable asset a person has.  From consumer complaints to motions to have licenses revoked, Julie is prepared to lead you through the disciplinary process.  She regularly practices in front of the medical, pharmacy, nursing, and real estate boards and is prepared to help you retain your license.
